Find the right local property records
Cumberland County's municipal directory includes Bridgeton, Millville, Vineland and the county's townships and borough. The county also publishes tax maps by municipality. These maps help identify a parcel; they do not supply an appraisal of its market value.
A mailing address can differ from the municipality shown in property records. Include both when you contact us, along with the tax block and lot if you have them. Confirm coverage and availability for the specific address before scheduling.
A starting point for your community
Bridgeton
For a Bridgeton property, include the city and the tax block and lot when available. The county publishes a separate Bridgeton tax map, which can help identify the parcel before you request a quote.
Millville
The county divides its Millville tax maps into two files. Start with the block and lot from your property records, then share any survey, additions or outbuilding records that explain the property being appraised.
Vineland
Vineland also has more than one tax-map file. Identify the parcel before gathering nearby sales. The Pinelands Commission lists Vineland among Cumberland County municipalities in the Pinelands; check the property location on the official map rather than assuming every parcel has the same designation.
Maurice River Township
The Pinelands Commission also lists Maurice River Township. If your request concerns a property here, share any existing survey, land-use approval or information about the lot. A township name alone does not establish the designation of an individual parcel.
Other municipalities in the county directory include Commercial, Deerfield, Downe, Fairfield, Greenwich, Hopewell, Lawrence, Stow Creek and Upper Deerfield townships, and Shiloh Borough. For any of these locations, provide the complete property address so we can discuss the request.

The intended use and valuation date belong in the initial conversation. Tell us who needs the report, whether you need a current or historical value, and your deadline.
- Residential appraisals for a home-value request.
- Estate appraisals and probate appraisals when the report relates to an estate.
- Divorce appraisals when the property is part of a separation or settlement.
- Date-of-death appraisal information when a historical valuation date is needed.
What to have ready
Have the address, property type, intended use, valuation date and deadline ready. If available, gather a survey, floor plan and records of major improvements. Describe unusual lot features or additional structures so the scope and fee can be discussed for the actual property.
